November 18th- Nothing.

November 19th- Got tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Cleveland. A buddy from Joe's job is going with his wife. We've never seen them live but I've always heard good things.

November 20th- Started to figure out our Thanksgiving Menu! This will be my first time doing a turkey.

November 21st- Made banana crumb muffins for Joe and his crew.

November 22nd- Went shopping for the dinner tomorrow. I went early and there wasn't too many people out. So this shopping trip wasn't stressful. Made the vegan pumpkin chocolate chip cookies as a test run to figure out if we'd like them for Thanksgiving or not. They came out amazing!

November 23rd- Cooked all day. Joe got out a little early so we were able to have dinner around 9pm. Everything came out so good and Joe said I should make the turkey every year from now on lol. Ironic, a vegetarian making the turkey. We had; homemade rolls, homemade cranberry sauce, homemade green bean casserole (made the mushroom sauce and everything), homemade Mac+Chz, homemade mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing, and did a garlic and herb turkey. Vegan pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for the sweet. Stuff without so much dairy in them don't make my stomach hurt as much. So I've been finding lots of vegan recipes to try out. All of them have been so good.

November 24th- First time making brown butter and I did a brownie mix with it. I didn't have cacao so I substituted it with a fancy hot chocolate powder. They came out good lol. We finished The Sopranos today and I am so sad lol. Awful ending though!!!!

November 25th- Snowed overnight.

November 26th- The moon was insane tonight. I saw my first moon bow!

November 27th- Took the truck again. Did some light grocery shopping. Went to Stillwater to go to some of the cute shops and try to find souvenirs for loved ones. Took a small walk. got stamps from the post office. The moon was crazy again tonight! We also started to watch Christmas movies. Where we take turns picking one each night.

November 28th- Forgot I dyed my hair dark brown lol. I like it but it's not going to last and I don't want to do upkeep on it. I was thinking of doing it professionally but I'd still need upkeep. I'm not up for it lol. Got my packages in the mail and more RV club stickers.

November 29th- Booked permanent bracelet appointment with Brooke and Alyssa for when I get back. So excited!

November 30th- Took a nice chilly walk to the beach. It's been awhile. Finally met someone nice to me on my walks. Me and this older guy talked for a bit. He was picking up the styrofoam that comes to shore from the boats. He told me has a meeting with the mayor to get something done about this. So cute, lol. I was just in time for sunset, it was beautiful. We found out that the guy fixing our trailer still hasn't got our part for the awning. So that's weird. And annoying. Oh, well! First time watching Meet Me In St. Louis! Wonderful movie. Made banana blueberry crumble muffins for Joe to take to work for their last day. Also wanted to get rid of the blueberries.

December 1st- Joe got laid off today. Which was nice so we won't have to hurry and find another Airbnb to go to. Sucks he didn't get this weekend but it was only 8 days before original layoff. Afton started their Christmas village tonight and did the tree lighting. We decided we will go into town tomorrow for the activities.

December 2nd- Got up early to get ready and go into town. We walked to the small local shops first that had little craft things going on. Bonfires all along the street. Free hot chocolate and goodies. So many cute little things and decorations. Missed the wine tasting. We were finally able to check out the Afton Historic Museum without booking an appointment. We found out that the creator of Snoopy came from Minnesota. Finally went to he ice cream place everyone raves about but we didn't get ice cream lol. Also checked out the winery, finally. Got a nice bottle of wine and will probably drink that our last night here. Walked on the beach. Walked the town once more and got a new purse from the leather biker shop. Walked back through the woods to the house. Made cauliflower rice soup and chicken enchiladas for dinner. Watched movies all the way until late. Also walked the town again later at night to see the lights and the tree all lit up.

December 3rd- First time seeing Christmas Story. We did not expect it to be so funny. Good movie lol.

December 4th- Lazy day. A snake was in the house today. Took the cats forever to notice. Figaro kissed him lol.

December 5th- Went through the fridge and cabinets throwing away stuff we didn't eat or that went bad. Packed up a few of the totes. Cleaned downstairs a bit. I did more laundry. I have lots more to clean but I want to do that just before leaving so Robin comes back to a fresh house. I need to bring the cat carrier down and get them familiarized with it again. I'm not looking forward to the drive home. The only reason being, my poor cats. I want the ride to go smooth. As always. Super excited about being home for the holidays though. Hoping the trailer gets fixed by January so we can plan our next move. We lucked out on not having to pay for storage though - a win is a win lol. I don't want to go to Florida but it's looking like that will be the case. Figured out details for Joe's birthday as well.

Afton's goofy tree lol.

We didn't take a ride. But how cute!

I was looking at a kid on the beach that I thought was judging me lol.
