October 17th

Been keeping up posting on TikTok and Instagram. I had a few brands reach out and want to send product for content. Which is a start. Then I'll be able to make a portfolio and go from there. Hopefully get paid for it soon. 

I had the car on Sunday. I went for a walk once I dropped Joe off. Did my shopping at Walmart and stopped by Barnes and Noble and got a very interesting book. I made more potato soup, it's just so good. 

I also made snickerdoodle cookies and more apple cider donuts for Joe to take to work. 

We stopped watching American Horror Story. It's just not the same and hasn't been for awhile. They're turning the show into a political show, just how they do with everything now. I miss when they focused on being spooky and messed up. New South Park comes out soon and it looks like it'll be a good season. 

We switched to watching The Sopranos and we love it so far. I've always heard people talk about it but never though I'd like it lol. Glad we gave it a shot. 

Our water stopped working Sunday. I thought we were on city water so I thought maybe something was going on with the city. I searched everything I could on Google and Facebook about the city and they didn't have any water issues. I saw Robin's sister running so I decided to ask her about her water. She said we are on a well so it would be different from her anyways. Robin told me to check the pump in the basement. I'm terrified of that basement so I waited for Joe to get home and do it lol. The pump had stopped getting power to it. We reset the outlet and the pump would go on for 30 seconds and then stop. We switched around the outlets and everything plugged in and got it to work again. I had a feeling it would be an easy fix and I'm glad it was. Now the cats know the door to the basement opens. So they tried getting down there all night. I had to put the last chair from the dining room up against the door and put their food tote on top of it. This is keeping them out of there for now. My dad also gave me some good ideas that I will also try out to keep the cats from being bad lol. 

I've been tying to make a sticker for Joe and I and our travels. I came to a creative block yesterday so I stopped for a bit lol. I think I have a good idea now that I'll like. 

I took a walk again at the park across the street today and read some of my book. I don't think I'll ever get tired of the views that the park has to offer. The trees are finally changing more and more colors too.
