April 13th

Last night there was a storm and lightning hit right behind our trailer. Lit the whole place up rumbled for almost a minute after. We thought someone got fried up lol. Cherry ran for her life and surprisingly Figaro was just sitting there. We went to check on him and he was basically catatonic 😂 He wouldn't move. 5-10 minutes went by and he was okay lol. 

Today I ran to the store to get some eggs and things. It's another rainy day and we are just staying at the campground. I might do more laundry since there's no one here and it's a relaxing/ catch up day. 

We took a walk later in the day down a dirt road next to a corn field. It was really nice and the weather was 66 and windy, perfect. Walked the campground. Lots of grassy areas. Dog park. Playground. Picnic areas. Pretty skies. A rock maze. Going to try again for the meteor shower. Last night a storm came in and it rained almost all night. Apparently today the sky will be crazy too. It's still cloudy but no rain so might as well check it out!
