July 22nd

Brutally hot on Friday and didn't have much of any plans. I did laundry and cleaned a few things. 

Saturday we finally got to Yellowstone season 5 and then the last minute the internet cut out on us. Apparently you have to replace the SIM card for the hotspot that we have every 8-10 months. ATT is overnighting one, you don't have to pay for them, they just send them to you when needed. So that's nice. We've had this hotspot for over a year almost. 

Had a 5:30pm reservation for Cowfish. A really nice local place. The chef is in on weekends and that's why we wanted to go on Saturday. It wasn't that busy but the city was also having a free barbecue and stuff at the city park. I feel like a lot of people were there instead. The food was super good and decent portions for being "fancy" First time having boursin mashed potatoes and oh. my. god. 

The story for Cowfish goes- a cowboy was out on his horse riding the pasture and found a cow sitting in the river. He went over to the cow thinking that he needed help out of the river. The water level had been very low that year so the cow's bottom had turned into a fish. Cowfish. "Cowboys are notorious for lying"

Went grocery shopping afterwards!
