9/26-10/1
September 26th
Relaxed in the trailer and had one last look at the water before leaving. Packed some little things to make the break down a little easier in the morning.
September 27th
Breakdown was pretty easy. Everything went how it should have. The cats still don't have a problem with the carrier. They'll go right inside and let us take the to the truck with no hassle. Cherry stayed on my lap or in the seat with me the whole 8 hour drive. Figaro stayed in the back for the most part. He was either sleeping or getting "stuck" behind my chair and screaming. We've seen Fig jump basically 8 feet but he can't get himself back up on the backseat lol.
We got to Joe's uncles house pretty late and Joe was having some trouble backing the trailer into the spot that we should have parked in. We made something work and are very grateful that we have this spot for the trailer until we find a storage place that will store it.
We got to Joe's moms and got the cats inside. They felt right at home. They still have some of their things here and their scent is all over the room. So it works out perfectly. Patti made us a nice dinner after our travels.
September 28th
Stopped back at the trailer to get the rest of our stuff. Decorated around the house. Had another nice dinner.
September 29th
Lawyer stuff. Stopped at the trailer again to let the awning and the slide air out. We always seem to move on the rainy days. It has finally stopped raining. Did a lot of yard work in the backyard. Patti made another nice dinner! Lol.
September 30th
Finished up in the yard. Had Brooke over to join in the murder mystery party. We've had this murder mystery for probably two years now. Finally started and finished it. Pretty easy and a lot of fun. Patti made a bunch of pizza bread with homemade dough. Yum!
October 1st
Happy October!
Today is Josh's birthday dinner and festivities. I'm going with my mom to my aunts to visit and get my car back. Probably run a few errands and see what else the day holds.
