August 15th 2022

Woke up and had some breakfast. I made us some lunches so we could check out Fumee Waterfall. This is a waterfall that is at a rest stop/road stop. Ate lunch in the car because there were too many people and no picnic tables left. We came right at lunch time. Then we climbed up 2 levels of the waterfall. Very beautiful but I wish there were more trails. 

There's another spring that I saw when we drove into town. This is the Norway Spring. There was a line of people waiting to fill up. We filled up our two jugs and our water bottles.

Went to Walmart for a few more things that we needed. Joe has been using my body wash and was excited to finally take a shower with his soap. 

When we got back we picked more berries- about 2 cups mixed black and raspberries. We need 2 more cups to make a pie. 

There is another road close by that I want to explore. While driving we saw 2 bikers with a baby that were on the side of the road having some bike troubles.  Found a stop on the side of the road that looks interesting. We decided to explore that another day. On our way back we asked if the bikers needed help and they had already traded the baby for an inner tube. Their words, not ours! It was a good laugh.

Had a fire when we got back to our trailer. We cooked hotdogs over the fire and drank some beers. Ended up playing pong with our neighbors. I don't remember names but one of the boys had turned 21. Everyone in their group was from Wisconsin. Which it turns out Wisconsin is about a three minute drive from where we are.
